Computational thinking: the characteristics that define computational thinking are decomposition, pattern recognition/data representation, generalization/abstraction, and algorithms. By decomposing a problem, identifying the variables involved using data representation, and creating algorithms, a generic solution results. The generic solution is a generalization or abstraction that can be used to solve a multitude of variations of the initial problem.
The humble programmer: What about the poor programmer? Well, to tell the honest truth: he was hardly noticed. For one thing, the first machines were so bulky that you could hardly move them and besides that, they required such extensive maintenance that it was quite natural that the place where people tried to use the machine was the same laboratory where the machine had been developed.

Be kind: “Boz is one of the better engineers at Facebook” one read, and then the next “I would have a hard time working with him.” /// “He is most interested in the truth…but more inhibited members of the team avoid any discussions with him.”
Randomness & Optionality: The beauty of this is just like God created us all unique, the requirements on our capital is unique to us. This doesn’t absolve us from taking proactive steps for our money to grow. We need to invest our assets in a way that will allow us to be a blessing to those around us. One way of doing that is to integrate our thoughts and actions in a way that may seem random but will give us an option to take certain actions to grow our assets.
Smart, qualified people behind the scenes keeping America safe: we don’t exist.
Super-App: A super-app is a single mobile app that offers basic services including chat and payments, along with a suite of “mini-apps” from third parties, ranging from stores and restaurants to government agencies. Westerners aren’t familiar with them, but across much of Asia, super-apps are the internet. The largest is China’s WeChat, possibly the most used piece of software on the planet. On WeChat, you can find a date, hail a cab, pay utilities, even get divorced. An app reaches super status when it knits together a critical mass of services, makes them so easy to toggle across that, even if they aren’t as good as sole-purpose apps, the app becomes your OS for your digital life. The more services, the less reason to ever leave.
